How to get your free AED
Thank you for your interest in applying to receive a free AED and/or emergency response training! The process is simple. Follow these three steps below, and scroll down to begin the application.
If you represent a youth sports organization in Florida, complete this application and agree to the Waiver of Liability and Donee Agreement
HOTG Board will meet to review your application, which takes about thirty days
If accepted, we will coordinate to provide your new AED and Emergency Response Training!
